Indian Team Reaches England Early To Shorten The Grass On The Pitch

The India vs New Zealand World Test Championship final will be played in Southampton, from June 18 to 22.

On Wednesday, Indian cricket team left India for the World Test Championship’s final against New Zealand . The Team arrived at the Hampshire a bit earlier than the scheduled time.

On Thursday, after arriving at the Hampshire, the team went directly to the Southampton stadium. The Skipper then revealed that the team is looking forward to shorten the grass on the pitch to make it an even cricket contest. This grass cutting session will also be telecasted live for the viewers.
“The team is well equipped with the lawn cutting equipments. After this tedious task, the team will be ready to take on the blackcaps for the Test Title” said the skipper Virat Kohli.
Reportedly, the team is accompanied by Ashish Nehra to cut the grass faster using his teeth. Details awaited.
